Doula Offerings

My goal is to help you feel empowered during your birth. Whether you birth at home or at the hospital, I will walk by your side and ensure you feel educated and confident in your birth choices. We all need care and to be reminded that we can do this thing. Labor is a time of vulnerability, a time to be raw, to surrender — I aim to be that safe landing space for you.  You have the innate capability to do this.. I’m here to help you remember that.

While birth is a place where we can experience full surrender, postpartum is the place where we get to fully integrate and incorporate surrender into daily practice. My passion is to hold the mother and birther through this new stage of life, not the baby. Whether this is your first or fifth baby, you can utilize me for emotional support, a foot rub, a cup of tea, a nourishing meal or even to work through — as I like to call it — a “Taylor To-Do” list. Think of me as your fairy godmother during this stage. My goal is to make sure you feel held; to be someone to sit with you during the struggles and excitement of your new chapter.

I have been a private chef for 9 years and have experience working in all environments. I had my own farm (as well as worked at one) when I lived in California, so working with fresh, local and seasonal ingredients is something I strive to bring through all my cooking.  My method is a blend of Ayurvedic tradition, Weston A Price inspiration and knowledge from years of farming. I use bold, warming and deeply nourishing foods to feed you and yours during this time. I weave love into every dish I serve because eating shouldn’t just nourish our bodies, but our souls as well.
